Of A Certain Age is a collaborative exhibition by Calgary (Alberta) artist Jean Pederson and Airdrie (Alberta) artist Cindy Bouwers, installed in Leighton Art Centre’s Main Gallery March 12 – April 17, 2021.

Here, Cindy and Jean discuss the exhibition’s inspiration, and their friendship, collaboration, and artistic techniques, during April 2021.

Because Alberta health regulations required the gallery to be closed during the exhibition period, the exhibition has been shared virtually at leightoncentre.org.
