Welcome back! Covid-19 precautions and rules are in effect for in-person visits; go to our Plan Your Visit page for more info.
The Clothesline Festival & Art Sale has historically taken place the first weekend in June and featured a large selection of original art and fine craft, presented primarily in large event tents on our property. The event usually also offers live music, artist demonstrations, children’s art activities, face painting (by donation) and local food vendors.
In 2021, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the sale will be presented online as the Clothesline Online Art Sale 2021. If public health regulations and pandemic conditions permit, we are also working on a plan for a Pop-Up Art Market and Plein Air & Picnic event on our property on June 5th and 6th. Follow us on our social media streams and e-newsletters for updates!
Our Christmas in the Country Art Sale kicks off in early November and runs through until our Christmas break begins. Fine craft and artworks by local artists are featured in the galleries of the historic Leighton home and on our online shopping site during November and December, in perfect time for getting a head start on purchasing seasonal gifts and getting into the Christmas spirit.
