Located approximately 45 minutes southwest of downtown Calgary, near Millarville Alberta, we are an art, nature and history destination. Open to the public year round, admission is by donation.
With 80 acres of rolling Foothills grasslands, featuring spectacular Rocky Mountain views and native flora and fauna, plus our Museum, Art Gallery, and Gallery Shop, all housed within AC and Barbara Leightons’ historic home, we’ve got lots to explore in all seasons!
From annual events like the Clothesline Art Market, Paint The Foothills, and Festive Foothills Art Market, to one-off events that launch our exhibitions and installations, raise funds for our programs, or highlight local artists, we love to bring our community together in this amazing place.
