Description: Gentle restorative yoga movements that incorporate rebounding, cupping, tapping and some simple yet healing qigong movements. Concluding with a guided meditation along with a beautiful dolphin crystal bowl sound bath – all while enjoying the spectacular view of the Rockies from the historic Leighton house!
Audience: 16+ (All experience and mobility levels welcome)
Supplies: Yoga mat, water bottle, bolsters, straps, blankets, and anything else you wish to use for props. Feel free to bring a bagged lunch to enjoy on the property after the session, too!

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Please note there is a NO REFUND policy on all Leighton Art Centre workshops. A refund will only be issued to participants if the workshop is cancelled by the workshop coordinator due to insufficient enrollment, extreme weather conditions, or Covid-19 restrictions. Workshops may be cancelled prior to the start date and participants will be notified via email and/or phone, and a full refund will be processed. Withdrawal from workshops for medical reasons must be accompanied by a doctor’s medical note or a positive COVID 19 rapid test and must be received by the Leighton workshop coordinator prior to the workshop start date to be qualified for a full refund.
Artist Biography: Dianne Goldade guides, teaches and facilitates gentle restorative yoga movements and qigong. She is trained in Myofascial yoga and have accumulated five hundred hours so far. She is currently teaching yoga on line as well as at the Heartland Retirement Center in Okotoks. She has also been trained as a certified group facilitator in Spring Forest Qigong as well as attaining Level Four Medical Qigong. Presently teaching Qigong to a group on Wednesday morning in Okotoks. she is a Reiki Master and has just completed her training with Alana Fairchild in Saraswati Healing Level One and Saraswati Healing Level Two Tantric Flow.
