Festive Foothills Art Sale 2025

Welcome to the 2025 Festive Foothills Art Sale at Leighton Art Centre! Festive Foothills is a valuable opportunity to earn income and build your collector base. Artist consignment is 50% and the remaining proceeds support LAC’s school programs, youth initiatives, and environmental stewardship opportunities.

We are excited to announce that all Leighton Art Centre members have the opportunity to submit applications for our Festive Foothills traditional art bins and for our salon wall showcase! All pieces selected will be featured online.

JURIED APPLICATION PROCESS: Open to all wall art and fine craft artist members.
Festive Foothills applications are open to all Leighton Art Centre members!

Annual Application Dates: September 1 – 23, 2025 DEADLINE EXTENDED TO SEPT 29
Annual Sale: November 8 – December 20, 2025

Submitting Your Works

Bins: Maximum 5 unframed or framed pieces per artist, that have never been shown at LAC.
Salon: Maximum 5 unframed or framed ready to hang pieces per artist, that have never been shown at LAC.
Maximum artwork size: 20 x 24 inches (including frame) (for bins, no size restrictions on salon submissions).
Please ensure all submission photos are clear and taken square on with no background or frame showing. The submitted images will used to represent the works online.
Artists shall deliver their artwork in good repair. Artworks in poor condition will not be accepted into the sale.
Artworks should always have the artist’s name and their title written directly on the back of the piece.
No substitutions, title changes, or price changes will be accepted after digital submission.
Deadline to deliver to Leighton Art Centre: October 29, 2025.

IMPORTANT DATES

September 1: Application opens at 10 am
September 23: Application closes at 4 pm DEADLINE EXTENDED TO SEPT 29 AT 4 PM
October 3: Artists will be notified of the status of their application and sent a confirmation link and packaging guidelines
October 29: Deadline to deliver sale pieces to Leighton Art Centre
November 8: In person sale opens
December 20: Final day of the sale
January 13-24, 2026: Unsold art pickup by appointment
