NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Leighton Foundation will be held on Tuesday, the 17th day of June, 2025 at 6:00 pm MDT in person at the Leighton Art Centre, Foothills County, Alberta. Members of the Leighton Foundation in good standing are entitled to receive notice of and to attend the Meeting and are entitled to vote at the Meeting in person or by proxy. This constitutes such notice.
